As a Main Board Director and joint owner since 1992, Nicholas has spearheaded the company's growth, culminating in the acquisition of the Tunbridge Wells office in 2010. With over 40 years of local expertise, Nicholas nurtures a family-run business where clients receive personalized, unrivalled service.
In his role, Nicholas specialized in high-end residential sectors, leveraging his profound industry knowledge to drive Kings Estates success. While preparing for retirement, he remains a guiding force behind the scenes, ensuring the company's continued growth and excellence.
Ventures Beyond the Desk
Nicholas cherishes family time, residing in Spain with his wife. He enjoys playing golf and supporting Arsenal and the mighty Tonbridge Angels football clubs. Nicholas shares his home with three beloved dogs, finding solace and joy in their company amidst the tranquil surroundings of Spain.
