First impressions matter, and at Kings Estates, we make your home stand out. Our top South-East photographers specialize in architectural and interior design, capturing your home’s unique story. With premium photography, we ensure every detail is showcased to leave a lasting impression on buyers.

"Our photography isn’t just about taking photos – it’s about creating an immersive experience that lets buyers imagine themselves living in your space. Through the following specialised techniques, we capture the distinctive details and lifestyle that make your property unique" Tom Snowdon (Sales Director)

1.  High Dynamic Range (HDR)

HDR photography elevates the quality of each image by balancing the light and dark areas within a photo. This process layers multiple exposures to create a final image that’s vivid, rich in detail, and close to what the human eye would see. HDR makes every room look bright, clear, and full of life, emphasizing your home’s inviting atmosphere and highlighting its best features.

2. 16mm Wide-Angle Photography

Wide-angle shots at 16mm are designed to make spaces appear more open, capturing as much of a room as possible in one image. This setting works well for giving a comprehensive view of the layout, showing the relationship between different areas (like an open-concept kitchen and living room) and maximizing the sense of spaciousness. This effect is perfect for open-plan or larger areas, highlighting the room’s size and flow.

3. Architectural Shots (16mm–35mm)

Architectural shots within the 16mm–35mm range emphasize a property’s design and atmosphere, bringing out key details like lines, design, lighting, mood, and craftsmanship. These images focus on specific design elements and materials that define the property’s character. By using this focal length, photographers can highlight details like kitchens, bathrooms, doors, unique windows or ceiling features, effectively conveying the ambiance and architectural artistry of the space.

4. Lifestyle Photography (35mm – 60mm)

For a more personal touch, we use lifestyle photography in the 35mm–60mm range to capture the warmth and personality of your home. These shots focus on details that evoke an emotional response, creating a connection between the buyer and the lifestyle your property offers. Whether it’s a cosy reading nook or a stylish dining area, lifestyle photography brings potential buyers into the story of your home.

5.  Twilight Photography & Long Exposure

Twilight shots are taken during the “golden hour,” just as the sun is setting, and showcase your home in a warm, inviting glow. Twilight photography creates an emotional appeal that daytime photos can’t replicate, as the exterior lights illuminate pathways, windows, and garden features. This unique perspective helps viewers see the property as a cosy, welcoming space, perfect for evening relaxation.

6. Drone & Aerial Pole Photography

Drone and aerial pole photography offer a unique bird’s-eye view that captures your property’s scale, layout, and surrounding landscape. Whether it’s a sweeping driveway, a lush garden, or nearby natural scenery, aerial shots give buyers a comprehensive look at what they’re investing in. This viewpoint provides context and grandeur, helping your property stand out in the listing.
