Job Description: 

Are you a creative and driven individual with a passion for social media and video content creation? Do you have a knack for storytelling and an eye for detail? We are looking for a talented Content Creator to join our team on a part-time basis, initially for one day a week, to help us elevate our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:  

•    Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement
•    Create compelling and shareable content, including posts, videos, and stories about our team, the town, and local events.
•    Highlight customer properties through engaging and informative videos.
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals and brand voice.
•    Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
•    Visit our office in Tunbridge Wells periodically to film content. Editing can be done at the office or from home.
•    Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our audience.

Requirements:     

•    Recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in video editing and content creation.
•    Proficiency in video editing software
•    Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
•    Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
